Content Creator
The Content Creator Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the writing styles of different social media platforms.
2. Creating and distributing marketing copy to advertise our company and products.
3. Research industry-related social medial content and trends.
4. Promote content on social media networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares).
5. Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
6. Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
The Content Creator skills:
1. Excellent writing skills, clear thinking and strong verbal skills.
2. Excellent copy writing and proof-reading skills in Chinese and English.
3. An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.
4. The ability to work under own initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities.
The Graphic Designers Responsibilities:
1. Creating and producing high quality imagery adhering to product and company brand guidelines. Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and company objectives
2. Creating visually appealing digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media, digital ads, email marketing, stationery, brochures, posters, exhibition graphics, illustrations, infographics, digital portals, websites, apps and videos.
3. Maintaining brand consistency throughout client creative projects, working to brand guidelines and specifications.
4. Managing time eectively. Ability to meet deadlines and update relevant teammembers as needed.
The Graphic Designers skills:
1. Strong graphic design skills and a keen eye for detail.
2. Familiarity with design principles and practices.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, in particular: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects).
The Web Designers Responsibilities:
1. Creating wireframes, personas, site maps and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas.
2. Designing creative website concepts for our clients, working with brand guidelines when required.
3. Helping present design concepts, receive feedback from clients, and evolve designs through to sign-off.
4. Communicating on project progress and track time spent on project work.

The Web Designers skills:
1. A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to design highly functional, usable and eye-catching e-commerce & brochure websites.
2. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools such as Sketch or Figma.

The Videographer & Editor skills:
1. Proven experience as a videographer and video editor.
2. Proven experience in producing written and video content to a high level (including writing, producing and editing).
3. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
4. An excellent problem solving skillset - thinking strategically about an approach to deliver the problem solving content to a wider customer base.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure technical quality in video production.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Search Engine Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
1. Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
2. Staying up to date with the new advertising trends and PPC strategies.
3. Planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns on various platforms such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, and similar.
4. Managing the paid search marketing campaigns and other paid advertising campaigns.
5. Performing ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

The Search Engine Marketing Specialist skills:
1. Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
