How Gogetop Helped Bambooze Scale Search Visibility, Global Social Media and International Business Growth
Bambooze is a China-based health and wellbeing brand combining aromatherapy, psychology and financial wellbeing to support individuals, families and organisations. With an established methodology, growing corporate experience and a distinctive multidisciplinary proposition, the brand was ready to strengthen its visibility beyond its domestic market. Gogetop supported Bambooze in building a more connected international growth system across GEO and SEO, YouTube and X, and overseas business development. The engagement focused on turning stronger digital visibility into measurable audience growth, qualified traffic, international partnerships and recurring revenue.
Bambooze is headquartered in Hefei, China, and operates at the intersection of health, wellbeing, aromatherapy and corporate wellness. Its model combines aromatherapy as an accessible entry point, psychology as a methodology and financial planning as part of a broader approach to emotional and financial wellbeing. Rather than positioning itself simply as an essential-oil brand, Bambooze has developed structured services for individuals, families and organisations. The brand has also built an established B2B wellbeing foundation. Its corporate offering includes aromatherapy stress-relief workshops, employee wellbeing assessments and customised corporate programmes. By August 2026, Bambooze had delivered more than 50 employee wellbeing activities across nine organisations. The next opportunity was to translate this differentiated domestic proposition into greater international visibility, stronger global digital channels and scalable overseas commercial growth.
Within the first 90 days, organic search visibility increased by more than 150%. Six high-value keywords reached positions 1–3 on Google’s first page, while domain authority increased from 32 to 48. Technical optimisation reduced page load time by 40%, from 4.2 seconds to 2.5 seconds.
At the same time, click-through rate increased from 2.1% to 6.8%, contributing more than 4,200 additional qualified visitors each month.
YouTube and X were both launched from zero and developed into active international audience channels. Within four months, YouTube reached more than 12,000 subscribers and 850,000 total views, with an average watch time of 6.5 minutes.
On X, monthly impressions increased by 320%, from approximately 15,000 to 63,000. Engagement reached 4.7%, generating more than 2,500 genuine interactions and over 180 high-intent leads through direct-message enquiries.
The international business development programme identified and validated three priority regions across APAC, Europe and Latin America. Within six months, Bambooze onboarded seven strategic B2B partners and four enterprise-level clients.
These activities contributed $420,000 in additional annual recurring revenue from overseas markets, representing 65% year-on-year growth. International client retention reached 92%, while NPS increased from +35 to +68.
Across the three workstreams, Bambooze reported an overall ROI of more than 340%, while its international market-entry cycle was shortened by an estimated five months compared with its original internal projection.
Execution was also completed ahead of key milestones. The GEO solution was deployed within 75 days against a 90-day target, YouTube and X were established within 10 business days, and the overseas business development plan was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule.
When YouTube introduced relevant policy changes during the engagement, Gogetop adjusted the content strategy within 48 hours without disrupting the publishing schedule.
Beyond immediate results, training, documentation and internal playbooks helped Bambooze retain the knowledge and systems required to continue scaling independently.
